Dungannon Adult Classes

There are classes running each week for players of all ability levels ranging from complete beginners, players who haven’t played in a number of years and players who compete regularly in tournaments and league matches.

Rackets are provided free of charge for players who require one.

A coaching block consists of technical and tactical work, skill based games and a cardio week where everyone hits a lot of balls with some pulse raising beats playing in the background.

6 week block = £36

Beginners = new players or players who haven’t played in a long time (i.e. since their school days)

Improvers = players who have been playing for between 3 months and 2 years

Intermediates = players who have been playing for more than 2 years

Advanced = players who compete in tournaments and represent Dungannon TC 1st team in external leagues
